thje coding is flawed alittle, i got werent even touchiing some of the missles and i still got hit, are you using the shadow as the hitTest too? i think that maybe why im always getting hit for no reason. otherwise not bad

Dont worry, I'll have him in the full game, but if you watch the intro you'll know that he gets kidnapped so jak has to find him and get his ass back to the city as well. (Get it? Thats why its called "The journey back")

[WW2 Soldier 3D -Preview-]

This is very nice in that its the first 3D game that looks promising. Yet i believe that that final version would not be as great.
I would only suggest a few details that you could add to increase this.
When you are fight the soldiers in the tower, make a MC loop of Explosions next to you or in front from grenades and stuff, to give that real war feeling of everything happening at once.
Next would be to add the rifle with a zoom function, this would be quite simple as i am currently working on a shoot em up.
But all in all i hope you do well, i gave you a high score beacuse i am impressed with what i have seen so far. good luck!!!!!
